Return Policy

Our unending goal is to ensure that you really love your HD 3D Crystal, and we are prepared to provide great customer service to you in the event of an issue with your purchase, within the parameters noted below.

If you have any concerns or are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact us immediately after the item arrives so we can acknowledge and start any appropriate process to alleviate the product issue and give you peace of mind.

3D Crystal Imaging Return Policy

If there is a noted manufacturing/product defect on product arrival i.e., a damaged crystal or objective flaw>
Please send us a clear photo of the defect with an issue description within 48 hours of receiving your crystal. We will then assess and confirm the issue/defect and gladly remanufacture your HD 3D Crystal and ship it to you ASAP.

You will be required to ship the original crystal back to us to get a replacement; as we need it for evidence/and for forensic application to our production or shipping process or to apply/alert for possible compensation with our shipper partners, whose handling may be responsible for the issue.
Our customer service track record is unparalleled as we very rarely have any product issues due to our pre-shipping quality control standards. We are happy to report that in the 15 years we have been in business, we have settled customer service situations to a 5-Star satisfaction rating; allowing you to buy with confidence knowing we will get your product right, as quickly as possible.

*Cancellation / Photo/Image Change Policy*

If you want to cancel your order and your cancellation request comes within the first 10 minutes of placing your order, you will get a full 100% refund. If you cancel after 10 minutes, it means our 3D Artist has been assigned to the project already, as we start orders very soon after receiving payment confirmation to provide very quick turnaround and shipping of the purchase, and as such you will receive a refund less $25.

If the crystal has been produced but has not shipped out yet and you cancel, you will receive a 50% refund. If you want to change your photo, the cost to re-assign your project with a new image is $25 provided your crystal has not been laser etched yet. Due to the custom nature of our products, once your item has been shipped it is not refundable.

Being a custom product please understand we incur costs as soon as we start working on your project and therefore are firm on the above cancellation / photo change / refund policy.
